Hot wax is a medium that has really allowed me to be freer with my work.  I think the textures are incomparable. 

(These images do not reflect the actual sizes, which vary from postcard to approx. 21 x 30 cm)

 

The work is produced using an ordinary domestic iron to smear melted wax over the page.  If you make a mistake, you lose all you’ve done if you try to go over it again!
Some images have the addition of a hot stylus work for detail.
